  DO NOT GO HERE!!!
  
  This is, without a doubt, the worst Hardee's I have ever visited. I have bought food there twice now, and will never return until the place is completely reformed. Both times I visited my order was screwed up completely. The toppings were completely wrong, and I didn't ask for special orders either time I went. The second time, one sandwich was normal, and the other sandwich was simply supposed to add BBQ sauce. Both came out with only BBQ sauce. I was informed that there were no 1/2 lb burger patties, so I asked for two 1/3 lb patties on one sandwich, and received one 1/3 lb patty, but was charged for a 1/2 lb burger.
  
  When we explained the issues, asked them to remake the sandwiches, and asked for a refund for the difference between a 1/3 lb burger and a 1/2 lb, the person who took our order simply rolled her eyes, and the cashier ignored the receipt and just opened the register and tried to give us three times more than the difference. At this point, we took less than the difference between the two burgers so as to not short them or try to explain any further and just get the heck out of there.
  
  Our orders were STILL wrong, and this whole process took 30 minutes, despite there being FIVE people working there, and there being only two people in line. It took them 15 minutes to get our two burgers out to us each time. This is a horribly run place with people who simply do not care about their jobs or customer service, and I will never being going back unless serious changes take place.

  Lousy cook!! Lousy attitude in staffs and Staff fixing food without gloves!? lousy arrangements of food they just dump food in pile for sandwich when they couldve nicely lay it flat. Needs big improvement or be closed down or replaced by something better!!

  Terrible service both times I have gone. The food was cold and looked like something you'd see at a bad restaurant in a movie. Staff did not wear gloves the management was completely rude. Gave attitude about me saying that she didn't give us a drink, she literally threw our food in the car and walked away. And I called to find out when another manager would be in, thinking she was going to be helpful she gave me a number to call so I called it and it was her own cell number. I can one hundred percent without a doubt say that I will never be going back to that establishment. If zero stars was an option I would have chose that.
